Character Building Worksheets: Cultivating Strong Traits

We’ve created a free downloadable character development worksheet for kids based on the 14 character traits highlighted in the Honorable Honorable Character system.

This “ThinkSheet” gives kids real-world examples of how character traits like courage, kindness, and respect apply to everyday life.

The Honorable Character system is one of the most effective character-building programs available today. It’s used in hundreds of classrooms and homes across the country. The HC system works because it helps teachers and parents focus on kids’ positive behaviors, rather than negative ones.  

This helps motivate kids in a constructive way. They learn to be respectful classmates, good listeners, and their own best advocates. Kids who use the Honorable Character system are less likely to act out in disruptive ways and tend to perform better academically later in life (see chart below).
